TIME IS TICKING AWAY!! I’m right in the midst of doing some heavy duty training for this 1/2 marathon that will be taking place the end of April… that’s NEXT MONTH PEOPLE!!
I’ll admit it…I’m a ENERGY JUNKIE…. if something promises to deliver “energy” to me, I’m taking it. Below are a FEW items I take on a regular basis… don’t lecture me, because I LOVE every single item that I consume….ESPECIALLY my FIVE HOUR ENERGY SHOTS….orange flavor (or berry)… but I am open to ANYTHING you have to offer me during my training time!!
So what do you do for ENERGY??? (besides the whole eating properly….I do that too)
Have you tried smoking crack? Just kidding! Um…i use coffee and naps.
I drink ALOT of mountain dew and vault. Both approved by the “Redneck Association of TN,or R.A.T. 😀

My energy comes from coffee – lots of coffee! However, this weekend I might see if Ted Drews has any energy for me… 🙂
I’m no help. Doing marathons involves running, and I’m allergic to that…no really, I am. 😉 I’ve wondered about the energy shots for when I have to clean and I really really don’t want to. They actually do taste good?
I’ve tried the energy shots, YUCK!!!!!! Have you tried the blackjack caffeine pills?? I used them to stay awake @ work when I had training for work (because I swear I have training narcolepsy), and it kept me awake! Melaleuca also has a great line of energy bars called ACCESS, and are great for that extra boost right before you exercise, and they’re REALLY good!
